Welcome to the Hawaii Gay Flag Football League. Our mission is to promote the positive social and athletic enjoyment of flag football to the LGBT community and beyond.

Our 2019 Season concluded on June 15th with the following results:
6th Place: Ours Is The Furry
5th Place: We Drink and We Throw Things
4th Place: Cersei’s Slayers of Shame
3rd Place: No Ygrittes
2nd Place: Eight Inches of Snow

A huge thank you to our referees who worked tirelessly to make the right calls every game.

What’s next? Weekend scrimmages on Saturday mornings, a pau hana Beer Bust on July 5th and Gay Bowl XIX tryouts. Check out our Facebook page for information on these and other events.

2017 Game 1: Nasty Hombres 32, Green Gay Packers 27

2017 season is underway. Game 1: Green Gay Packers vs the Nasty Hombres.

  • David of the GGP score on the opening drive. Extra point is good! 7-0.
  • And the Hombres are on the board with a Dayne TD. Extra point, no good. GGP 7, NH 6.
  • Next series GGP stall at the goal line. NHs march down the field for a TD by Rob. Extra 2 by Clay. GGP 7, NH 14.
  • Next drive with under a minute in the first half and David makes a great catch and brings the GGP back within one after a missed extra point. GGP 13, NH 14.
  • And the Hombres started their last drive of the half and WHOOP! Gan intercepts. GGP scores again with a Phil catch. Extra point by Jackie! GGP 20, NH 14. And that's the half. :-). Exciting!!!!
  • The second half of game 1 of the season opens with an Hombre drive (with two temporarily injured Packers along the way) and a Dayne TD. Extra point is no good. Score: 20-20.
  • GGP gets 7 back with a Bryant TD and a David extra point. GGP 27, NH 20.
  • Three minutes to go and the Hombres score again. Extra point fails. GGP 27, NH 26.
  • Green was hoping to put the game away, but The Hombres pick off the Packers and a few plays later Clay was in for six. The two point conversion was no good. A minute to go: GGP 27, NH 32.
